Service Advisor Development Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadowing an experienced Service Advisor and assisting them in their daily tasks
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers and engaging with them effectively
  • Managing customer matters related to service bookings and inquiries
  • Inspecting vehicles for service and documenting any customer concerns/issues
  • Determining costs associated with jobs and estimating completion time
  • Communicating proactively with the customer to keep them informed about the status of their vehicle
  • Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role or retail sales environment
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with dealership management systems desirable but not essential
