Job Description:

This position involves performing cleaning duties, moving patients and equipment from one area to another as well as collecting and disposing of waste in a hospital setting.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, floors and equipment
  • Moving patients and equipment between departments
  • Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, be able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks without being supervised
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
