Senior Hospitality Manager

The successful candidate will oversee both kitchen and laundry operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of hospitality services within an aged care facility. They will manage a team of staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Lead and manage kitchen and laundry staff to ensure effective team management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and aged care standards by managing inventory, budgeting, and implementing relevant policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain resident satisfaction through excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Have a hands-on role in both kitchen and office environments, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and demonstrated skills in hospitality management, ideally within an aged care setting. The key qualifications include:
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing kitchen and/or laundry operations.
- A strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
