Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Robotics Expert to join our Joint Replacement team in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to customers in complex knee or hip operations. This role involves attending surgical procedures, assisting surgeons and hospital staff with the effective use of Stryker products, and providing segmentation and planning of Mako cases using software.

This is a 100% purely clinical role that does not involve any sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the human body and the technical aptitude to learn and understand our cutting-edge robotic technology.

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused individual who has a strong understanding of the human body and is eager to learn about our innovative robotic technology. Experience in the healthcare space is preferred, but not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Some of the key requirements include:

  • Able to grasp 2D images and translate them into 3D space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including paid parental leave schemes, volunteer days, and access to our career and self-development program.
