We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Piling Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan, direct, manage, and coordinate all projects on the Gold Coast, ensuring full project delivery.">
  • Oversee project management from conception to completion.">
  • Lead and manage a site team, supervising heavy plant operations.">
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.">
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage project risks.">
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to achieve project goals.">
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high project deliverable standards.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foundation and Piling Supervisor, with a strong understanding of piling techniques and equipment.">
  • The majority of your experience should be with Piling in the Large scale/Utility Solar Space.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.">
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.">
  • Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction techniques.">
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management.">
