Are you a team player with excellent problem-solving skills? We are looking for a skilled Gateway Operations Agent to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound freight according to DHL and regulatory standards. You will also be required to train in the use of equipment such as forklifts and hand-held scanners to maintain efficiency and safety.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and management;
  • Australian Driver's License - Essential;
  • Australian Forklift License - Desirable;
  • Reliability and a can-do attitude;
  • Focus on teamwork;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Experience adhering to WHS procedures;
  • Physical fitness - ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, and crouch repeatedly.
