
Experienced Speech Pathologist

At Speechling, we are seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our small therapy team to provide evidence-based clinical services.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, with a strong understanding of the principles of evidence-based practice. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and seek clinical guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Support Clinical Team: Lead and support our small therapy team to provide evidence-based clinical services.
- Assessment and Therapy: Provide assessment and therapy to clients in the clinic or via Telehealth.
- Client Onboarding: Manage client onboarding.
- Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings to discuss client cases and engage in professional development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders and external health professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
- Qualifications: SPA membership, Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check, Full Australian Working Rights, Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status, Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- Clinical Skills: Ability to work independently and seek clinical guidance as needed, Organisation and time-management skills, Effective written and verbal communication skills, Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of evidence-based practice, Commitment to professional development.
