Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Arnhem Allied Health Centre in Nhulunbuy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering client-centered care to adults and children with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver OT services to clients in remote communities through regular outreach trips
- Collaborate with families, support workers, and schools to support OT intervention
- Prescribe equipment and home modifications to enhance client independence
- Manage OT case loads independently and provide comprehensive NDIS assessments and reporting
- $100,000 plus salary package + $5,000 sign on bonus
- Up to $10,000 for relocation, as well as access to NT PHN/RWA NT Scholarship and Bursary grants
- Fully furnished accommodation supplied
- Annual leave, personal leave & 5 day's paid Professional Development leave
- Opportunity to upskill in areas of interest
Nhulunbuy is a friendly community nestled amongst the white sandy beaches of the Gove Peninsula. The tropical climate offers plenty of opportunities for nature-based activities, and the town maintains its small-town charm with modern comforts.
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for employment and further clinical education.
