Role Overview

The Cadet Civil/Structural CAD Drafter role is an entry-level opportunity that involves collaborating with experienced engineers, designers and drafters to deliver high-quality drafting solutions in various engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for modelling and drafting, and be committed to ongoing learning. While prior experience is not required, intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel) and good interpersonal skills are essential.

As a Cadet Drafter, you will work on civil and structural based projects within the land development, ports and building sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing skills in CAD, drafting and design techniques, as well as relevant computer programs.
  • Working under the guidance of our Engineers and Designers on engineering projects.
  • Providing accurate and efficient drafting services in accordance with project requirements.
