Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to join our team in Milton, New South Wales.

This role will suit someone with a driven attitude and experience in the labour hire sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing job advertisements and advertising online across various sources
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Managing relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Database management and compliance
  • Management of health and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a growing team
  • Excellent communication - both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy, intermediate desirable
  • Experience in using Fast Track desirable not essential
  • Experience in Blue Collar labour hire or recruitment is preferred but not essential
