Campos Coffee, a leading Australian specialty coffee brand, seeks a skilled Brewmaster to join our passionate roasting team in Banksmeadow, NSW.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and focused individual who can ensure our coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule, delivering consistent flavors and meeting customer demands.
  • The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and be physically fit enough to lift up to 24 kg.
  • This role involves working from Monday to Friday, 5AM to 1PM, with flexibility in working hours, including occasional overtime and Saturday shifts (paid).

Responsibilities:

  • Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time.
  • Minimise wastage and follow Safety and Quality protocols.
  • Learn about coffees (origins, roast profiles, tastes) from our coffee experts and participate in regular cupping sessions.
