Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead a team of laboratory scientists, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Research and Development: Drive innovation in the development of novel QC materials, including planning, pilot work, and transitioning successful prototypes to full production.
  • Project Coordination: Manage complex contract-production projects, maintain clear communication with clients, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee the entire production process from start to finish.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary technical support for both production and post-production testing, providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
  • Quality Control and Production Oversight: Oversee precise laboratory production processes—such as blood fractionation, pH adjustments, and analytical balance usage—to ensure all procedures align with ASE's high standards.
