We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the State Government of Victoria, Australia. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based, high-quality care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Nursing with Medication Endorsement.

  • Provide person-centred care that meets best practice standards and aligns with our healthcare requirements.
  • Experience in Aged care is desirable.
