Job Description:

Pricing and product analysts play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing pricing strategies and determining optimal product offerings. In this role, you will contribute to the development of vehicle pricing proposals for Toyota and Lexus, as well as determine the optimal model line-up strategy for commercial and passenger vehicle ranges.

This includes determining vehicle specifications and features to ensure a compelling and competitive product offering. The role focuses on maximizing vehicle competitiveness, manufacturer and dealer profitability, and achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets throughout the model lifecycle.

The Product Planning & Development Division is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all product activities to ensure new products meet future customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, product planning, and pricing—ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of business drivers, sales and product lifecycles, and proven ability to apply market research and financial analysis to support pricing and product decisions
  • Ability to adapt strategies and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
