Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Ensure all menu items consistently meet presentation and quality standards;
  • Maintain strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS and HACCP requirements;
  • Assist with daily food preparation, stock rotation and equipment upkeep;
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to required standard;
