Lead Clinical Care Team

As a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical and care service delivery for residents at our Residential Aged Care Services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to adapt to current and future challenges in the aged care sector. They should also have comprehensive knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, particularly those related to care and services, and clinical care.

In this dynamic leadership role, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching Registered Nurses and other team members to help them reach their full potential. You will promote resident well-being and safety by ensuring collaborative care practices and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Facility Manager and Quality & Compliance Officer to ensure effective and efficient operation of the facility
  • Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team in all clinical and care/support activities
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on complex clinical conditions to ensure personalized care for all residents
  • Mentoring and coaching Registered Nurses and other team members
  • Promoting resident well-being and safety through collaborative care practices
  • Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
