The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of our Hornsby store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and fostering a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store
  • Assist the Store Manager to develop and execute sales, service, and compliance initiatives
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Support the Store Manager to train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer

You will have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional people management. You will also have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
