Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a crucial role in enhancing customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing, utilizing cutting-edge equipment and techniques.
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to deliver comprehensive care and address complex patient needs.
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services, leveraging sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Independent clinic management capability, with the capacity to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction, from initial engagement to post-sale support.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
