We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at Wanneroo, working closely with children and their families to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Psychology, with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as well as experience in completing risk assessments.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting standardized assessments to determine goals and areas of need, preparing detailed reports to identify whether a client's profile meets DSM-5 criteria, and providing comprehensive recommendations to parents, educators, and allied health professionals on evidence-based interventions.

About the Role:
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Providing therapy interventions and resources that align with evidence-based practice and individual/family goals.
  • Collaborating with clients and families to establish functional, routine-based goals and reviewing progress regularly.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and access to performance incentives.
