About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at VERTO's corporate head office in Bathurst. As the first point of contact for clients and customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our employment services team in achieving our targets and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and provide a positive experience for clients and customers
  • Manage client flow and complete front desk reception duties
  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with customer enquiries over the phone and front counter
  • Maintain training room and office facilities
  • Complete sensitive file management and archiving
Requirements
  • A customer service mindset with a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to assist clients and employers
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and rapidly changing environment
  • Great team work ethic
  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy
