We install, service, and maintain cutting-edge stone processing machinery for customers across Australia. Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pick-packing Tools and Equipment and moving goods around the warehouse
  • Servicing customers by assisting with the movement of stone slabs for viewing
  • Providing assistance to customers about Tools and Equipment enquiries
  • Cutting samples of stone to provide to designers, architects, and other interested customers
  • Communicating with sales team around stock availability, order estimation times, and general updates
  • Maintaining and adhering to company OHS policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Customer service experience
