About the Role

This exciting opportunity as an Employment Coach is located in Geebung and involves supporting individuals with a disability to achieve their personal employment goals aligned with their NDIS plans. You will work closely with our employees to undertake daily duties and tasks, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote Endeavour Foundation as an attractive employer, showcasing our comprehensive services to persons with disability.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster productive partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling our supported employees to reach their NDIS employment objectives.
  • In collaboration with site managers, oversee referral, attraction, recruitment, and selection activities for Supported Employees to optimize commercial operations.
  • Assist in collecting information for internal and external reporting, ensuring all obligations are met and audit requirements fulfilled.
  • Collaborate with the site manager to review procedures and processes, ensuring efficiency and ongoing improvement of service delivery.
  • Support Individual Support Planning and NDIS funding reviews, including developing person-centred support activities relevant to the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability in an employment setting or direct support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centred framework, applying social justice principles.
  • Flexibility and agility in the workplace, transitioning between priorities.
  • A genuine commitment to Endeavour Foundation's purpose and values, demonstrating adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in current MS Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing people with disabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management experience are highly regarded.
  • Working with Childrens Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS clearance
  • National Police Check clearance
  • Mental Health First Aid is highly regarded.
