Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at CRUX Management Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

About the Role:
  • Provide support with household chores and grocery shopping
  • Assist with medication and attend medical appointments
  • Promote social inclusion and community access
  • Foster development of independent living skills
  • Implement behaviour management strategies
  • Provide personal care
Requirements:
  • Hold or be eligible to apply for a Blue Card for Working with Children
  • Currently hold or be eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Complete NDIS E-Learning modules
  • Have a smartphone with internet access
