We are seeking an ambitious and driven Store Manager Assistant to join our retail team. As a key partner to the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maximizing sales and profit performance, as well as motivating the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Profit Management: Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and improving profit margins through effective stock control, visual merchandising, and operational processes.
  • Team Motivation: Foster a positive and productive team culture by motivating and mentoring the sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Candidate Selection: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and select top talent for the sales team.
  • Store Operations: Drive store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and back-of-house processes, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business through effective communication and liaison skills.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen and make autonomous decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
