Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Moorebank, NSW.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the General Foreman to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes.

You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated individual with:

  • A Certificate IV in Civil Construction
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for:

  • Motivating others to ensure a high-performing culture
  • Delivering exceptional quality outcomes to program
  • Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior TfNSW project experience
  • Prior experience in urban development projects (industrial/residential subdivisions)

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
