Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Coordinator role involves assisting onsite staff with operational activities by providing customer-related support and services. This includes enabling onsite delivery staff to effectively deliver facility management services and providing broad-level administrative support to the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist onsite staff with operational activities, including providing customer-related support and services.
  • Enable onsite delivery staff to effectively deliver facility management services.
  • Provide broad-level administrative support to the site team.
  • Support broader regional facilities and asset management programs and initiatives to meet operational and service delivery objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Facilities Administration/Coordination role with exposure to supervising in-house and/or external contracted services.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets and support the team effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing maintenance and repairs work requirements and coordinating services to perform work to specified standards.
  • Knowledge of utilizing computerized systems to support administration and work management activities.
