The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Functional Consultant to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our internal teams to plan, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights - Data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them, as well as experience in data migration projects and knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and implementation of Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights - Data
  • Advise on configuration of security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead management, customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, and campaigns
  • Provide technical guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the implementation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Proven experience implementing marketing solutions, including marketing automation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights products
  • Strong technical proficiency in CRM systems and related technologies
  • Experience in data migration projects and knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations

Location and Term:

This role can be based in ACT, VIC, NSW, QLD, or SA, with hybrid working available. The contract will run until 30 June 2025, with possible extension options.

Security Requirements:

Applicants must be Australian Citizens, and a baseline security clearance is required for this role.
