Job Description

As a Store Leader at The Athlete's Foot, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career and oversee a passionate team at Rouse Hill Store.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is keen to progress in their retail career. You will work closely with your Store Manager on driving high-performing initiatives that focus on people, performance, and operations.

You will also be involved in local community activations, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals that we work with. This is not a traditional retail role, with many opportunities for growth happening outside of the store walls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
  • A motivated and driven attitude with a 'Make it Happen' mindset
  • Passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • Strong track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
