The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services across multiple sites. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your sites, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships.

Your cluster will be based in Perth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide repairs and maintenance services for your sites.
  • Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
  • Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling.

To Be Considered

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multi-task; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry, or similar field.
  • Willing to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
  • Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations.

*The position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check.*
