We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building meaningful relationships with residents
- Assisting with personal care, meals, and activities
- Cleaning and maintaining resident rooms
- Documenting resident information using a computer-based system
Requirements:
- Currently studying Cert III or IV Individual Support (Ageing) and due to be qualified within 6 months
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work well in a team and think on your feet
- Motivation to learn, grow, and develop
