Lead Academic in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Position

We are seeking an emerging academic with expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship to join our internationally recognized institution. The Role

In this role, you will be supported to deliver excellence in teaching, research, and engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching innovation and entrepreneurship across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Contributing to curriculum design with a focus on authentic learning experiences.
  • Publishing impactful research in leading journals (ABDCA*/A, Q1), with demonstrated potential to attract competitive funding.
  • Building industry partnerships that enhance research relevance and student outcomes.
  • Co-supervising PhD students and contributing to the school's research culture.
About You

You will bring enthusiasm for teaching, a growing research profile, and a commitment to working with others to make a meaningful impact. To be successful, you will have:

  • A PhD in innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • A developing track record of high-quality publications and national research recognition.
  • Experience in curriculum development and student-centred teaching.
