Sydney Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate leader to excel as a member of our Management team in one of our Sydney stores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading a high-performing team across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online learning platform and field trainers to help clients discover Sephora's amazing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales floor team to motivate, coach, and help members succeed.
- Managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- Exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on leader who is experienced in retail management and has skills in managing teams, driving sales, and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using technology to drive business outcomes and have a results-driven approach to their work.
Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible for this opportunity.
