We are currently seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our Italian restaurant in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to manage tables and provide efficient service.
  • Take accurate orders, utilizing knowledge of menu items and special requests.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure prompt delivery of dishes.
  • Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for Italian food.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor during peak periods.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
