Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the support activities, operations, technical services, and architecture planning of the modern workplace for a leading healthcare provider. As the Senior Digital Workplace Manager, your responsibility will be to provide on-the-ground support for D&T systems and services across the organization's business units.

Your duties will include ensuring the coding team delivers accurate and timely coding of all episodes for all case mix activity in line with the Australian Coding Standards, managing the overall activity, resource, and management of the End Point team to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient delivery of services, and establishing M365 support strategies and documentation.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and operating the enterprise M365 environment, ensuring workplace productivity environments are in line with agreed architecture and guidelines by working with internal D&T teams, leading technical conversations with key business stakeholders both internally and externally, and performing and providing technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will have 4+ years' experience in leadership and design of O365 and M365 solution stacks Endpoint Management Solutions (SCCM, SOE, Intune, Autopilot, Zenworks, and its integration). You will demonstrate strong hands-on experience with AD, AAD, Group Policy Management, iTune, endpoint image management, software distribution, PC hardware, software, operating systems, mobile device management, and scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, etc.).

A proven track record of leading and managing an End Point function with extensive experience within a similar complex environment is essential. Health industry knowledge and experience are highly regarded.
