Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our Rebel team as an Assistant Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our inventory management operations and ensuring that our stores are always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage inventory receipt and replenishment processes to ensure accurate and timely stock levels
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of stock
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Lead and manage a team of inventory coordinators to ensure that inventory tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management and leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
