Job Title: Retail Store Manager We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our store and lead a team of sales assistants.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position responsible for leading, coaching and training a team of up to 10 team members.
- The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- They will also be responsible for liaising with the stock allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
