Job Description

Create a welcoming shopping environment for customers and exceed service expectations as a key member of our retail team.

Your primary role is to provide exceptional customer experiences, making every visit memorable. You will be responsible for:

  • Living our values and following established customer care standards
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining high merchandising standards
  • Rotating and presenting products, administering company procedures and implementing best practices
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills, confidence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
