Job Description

A senior counsel position is available in our Melbourne office, where you will be part of a well-established general liability team.

The team has gained superior expertise from handling hundreds of claims, mediations, and court procedures. We act for insurers, brokers, underwriters, and claims companies, as well as corporate insureds, covering a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes including public liability, product liability, and property damage claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an associate with general liability experience. You will have 2 to 4 years post-admission experience across a broad range of general liability matters, and the ability to demonstrate a legal grasp of key principles relevant to insurance.

  • You must have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high-quality service and advice.
