Job Description

Key role in enabling participants to develop greater independence and work towards reaching their full potential.

Supporting highly qualified professionals to carry out duties that complement the therapy program of a participant.

  • Carrying out face-to-face and non-face-to-face tasks to bring life-changing experiences to participants.
  • Working with participants in their home or community environment to assist them reach their full potential.
  • Modeling components of a new routine or skill and providing prompting when needed.
  • Respecting boundaries of a habit coach and therapist.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering high-quality support services to participants.
  • Maintaining clear focus on goals and outcomes of participants.
  • Working autonomously, self-motivated, reliable, and consistently meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Able to follow instruction, respect scope of practice boundaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to professional standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
  • Working rights in Australia.
