Job Summary:

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager in the Central Area. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service.
