Job Opportunity

We are seeking Christmas Casual Sales Assistants who are passionate about creating magical moments during the festive season and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
  • Maintain high presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators consistently
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms effectively

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style and excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude to all areas of work, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising, and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillment, with a keen understanding of inventory control and supply chain logistics
  • A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized shopping experiences

Please note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November to January, including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
