Leading Load Planning Manager

OverviewThe successful candidate will lead a compliant, resource-enabled team to deliver safe and efficient load planning operations.Load Control is the management and optimisation of all items loaded onto an aircraft in line with company policy.The Load Control team's key deliverable is to support the dispatch of safe and compliant flights.
Responsibilities:- Support a culture of on-time performance within your team and between teams/departments/divisions.
- Engage and understand department improvement initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive, consultative workplace.
- Communicate operational and business-related information to team members.
- Deliver continuous improvement and strategic project initiatives.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Drive positive customer outcomes through a diverse workforce.
- Knowledge of Human Resources / Industrial Relations.
- Project management and change management principles.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practice learning and development methods.Monitors and manages team member resourcing requirements.Supports the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives which support organisational transformation deliverables.
