Language Testing and Assessment Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Language Testing and Assessment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality language testing services, ensuring accurate and timely administration of exams, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
The role involves:
- Delivering comprehensive and high-quality responses to client inquiries via various communication channels;
- Utilizing opportunities to promote courses and maximize sales;
- Ensuring accurate data collection and entry to support enquiry, enrolment, and marketing activities;
- Administering course enrolments, payments, refunds, and results in a timely and accurate manner;
- Creating and maintaining process and procedure documentation;
- Maintaining strict compliance with all policies, procedures, and operations manuals;
- Securing test materials and reporting any security breaches to the relevant authorities.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in professional services or commercial environments;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and organisational levels;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone and in-person interactions;
- Demonstrated effective and efficient administration, problem-solving, and numerical skills, including high attention to detail.
