Flourish Australia is seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance professional to join our Community Businesses team in Sydney Olympic Park.

This is a casual position available for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning trucks and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols, and providing support to our Supported Employees.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

As a Cleaning and Maintenance professional with Flourish Australia, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Supported Employees and contribute to our mission of creating sustainable employment and vocational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain facilities, including trucks and equipment
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in cleaning and maintenance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
