In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within a designated territory.

About the Job:

  • Develops and executes sales plans to drive revenue growth in the dermatology market
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and dermatologists
  • Educates healthcare professionals on the clinical and economic benefits of Stratpharma's innovative dermatology products
  • Conducts product demonstrations and presentations to hospital staff and other relevant stakeholders
  • Participates in industry conferences and trade shows to network and build brand awareness
  • Monitors competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes sales plans to drive revenue growth in the dermatology market
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the dynamics of the dermatology market
  • Presents Stratpharma's innovative dermatology products to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in medical sales, preferably within the dermatology or a related medical device/pharmaceutical field
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the dynamics of the dermatology market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business) preferred
