We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team of caring professionals at Regis Aged Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the nursing care in one of our facilities. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless care delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement care plans that prioritize resident-centered care and promote independence.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
- Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Estimated Salary: $95,500 per annum.
