About the RoleThe Domain Architect – Enterprise Technology role is responsible for shaping the technology architecture of key internal business areas. This role will involve governing all aspects of technology architecture, collaborating closely with business leaders and cross-functional technology teams to refine architecture strategy and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technology architectures that meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Govern the use of technology to support business operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong business, technology, and engineering acumen. Experience working in cultures with strong business & technology partnership is highly valued. Great communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as influencing and facilitation skills to support great decision making.
Desirable SkillsFamiliarity with commercial business tools, such as ERP and HR systems, and patterns for their integration, is desirable. Ideally, you have domain architecture experience from the financial or risk management sector, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments and familiarity with frameworks like Essential 8, NIST, and APRA's CPS 234 and CPS 230.
