We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Devices Specialist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As an Electrophysiology Expert, you will be responsible for providing clinical support, technical training, and educational services to healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will utilise your technical knowledge of electrophysiology, biophysics, and medical devices to provide clinical guidance and troubleshooting support. You will also develop deep understanding of company products and procedures, and train healthcare professionals on their safe use.

The ideal candidate will have previous clinical case experience within electrophysiology or rhythm management, strong technical and clinical skills, and proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will be required to travel frequently as part of this role, and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical guidance and troubleshooting support to healthcare professionals using our medical devices.
  • Technical Training: Develop and deliver training programs to healthcare professionals on the safe use of our medical devices.
  • Education: Provide educational services to healthcare professionals on the latest advancements in electrophysiology and medical devices.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel: Travel frequently as part of this role to meet with customers and provide training and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous clinical case experience within electrophysiology or rhythm management.
  • Skills: Strong technical and clinical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in biomedical engineering or science-related disciplines.
