Role Expectations

We are looking for results-oriented and compassionate leaders who are organized, quick-thinking, and capable of making sound decisions while upholding high standards of customer service and operational excellence, contributing to the ongoing success of our brand.

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with our Optometrists to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Mentor the retail team on effective sales techniques and customer service practices.
  • Availability from Tuesday to Saturday is preferred.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
  • Experience in the optical industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in staff scheduling, supervising retail personnel, and providing on-site training.
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful and lasting relationships with customers.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to teamwork and leadership.
