Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Course and Careers Advisor to join our college team. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, starting as a contract role with an hourly rate of $45/Hour + Super. Should performance meet expectations, the role is set to convert to a permanent position with an annual salary of $85,000 - $90,000 + Super by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve enrolment targets for on-campus and online courses by engaging with prospective students, providing accurate course advice, and responding within 24 hours.
  • Build and manage partnerships with franchisees, beauty salons, schools, and industry groups to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Plan and manage College Open Days, support marketing campaigns, and represent Ella Baché at networking events.
  • Collect and analyse enrolment data, prepare feedback reports, and align student experiences with our educational goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven success in sales or relationship development roles, meeting targets with ease.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong sales skills with a solid understanding of the education sector, coupled with a passion for selling courses enthusiastically.
  • Experience using social media and CRM systems to drive sales.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Education (a degree is a bonus).
  • Australian PR or Citizen.
